Meet Our Founder

Javonni "Jayflew" Flewellen

Javonni is a daughter and lover of Jesus who is passionate about reconciling people to the heart of God in both ministry and marketplace settings. With a unique blend of business acumen and spiritual insight, she brings over 8 years of executive administrative and organizational leadership experience to every engagement.

Her journey includes specialized training at Walt Disney World in Organizational Leadership, 3 years at Bethel School of Supernatural Ministry where she focused on Church Leadership, and a B.S. in Public Health Administration from Rutgers University. She has served in many ministry contexts (from large to start-up) as an administrative support, operations strategist, community coordinator. Javonni also brings transformational mentorship to inner-city high school students.

Beyond consulting, Javonni is an author (Jewel's Dream Machine and Dreams Live Here) and gifted dream interpreter who empowers believers to engage Scripture and the Holy Spirit for understanding and breakthrough.

Her heart: Bridging generational gaps and raising up the next generation of leaders, innovators, and dreamers who will transform both the marketplace and the Kingdom.
