Javonni "Jayflew" Flewellen

Javonni is a daughter and lover of Jesus who is passionate about reconciling people to the heart of God in both ministry and marketplace settings. With a unique blend of business acumen and spiritual insight, she brings over 8 years of executive administrative and organizational leadership experience to every engagement.

Her journey includes specialized training at Walt Disney World in Organizational Leadership, 3 years at Bethel School of Supernatural Ministry, and a B.S. in Public Health Administration from Rutgers University. Currently serving as Partner & Community Coach with InLight Connection ministry alongside Doug Addison, Javonni also brings transformational mentorship to inner-city high school students.

Beyond consulting, Javonni is an author (Jewel's Dream Machine and Dreams Live Here) and gifted dream interpreter who empowers believers to engage Scripture and the Holy Spirit for understanding and breakthrough.
